If you want to become successful reaching your new years goals, follow the 80/20 rule. This means 80% of the time you are really….really good! Vegetables are very low calorie and provide us with a lot of healthy nutrients and fiber. Due to the low calorie content of vegetables, you can almost eat as much of them as you want with no worries of exceeding your calorie intake. So when you are headed to the fridge or need a snack choose vegetables and you will also find great results.
4. Find an Exercise Buddy
Studies show that individuals that attempt a fitness goal with a partner are more successful. So pick a partner that has similar goals to you and get it done! Reward yourselves frequently for hitting smaller goals and don’t let each other down.
