Youth Performance Training (YPT)

Provides advanced, age-appropriate, sport-specific training for athletes.  Our program offers classes for athletes of any sport, focusing on speed, power, strength, agility, and functional movement. Great for youth looking to stay in shape as well!
YPT classes run Tuesday and Thursday for four weeks!
Class times: 4:00pm-5:00pm
