Our personal trainers are some of the finest in the valley, and have been selected to work here based on experience and skill. They have all undergone extensive training through national certifications as well as through our training partner, Apex Fitness. We understand how hard it can be to maintain an active lifestyle with demands of everyday life and the time constraints that come with it. That is why we provide you with personalized supervision from Certified Personal Trainers to help motivate and keep you on track.

When you enroll at Academy Fitness, you will receive two complimentary fitness orientations that entail: one-on-one goal assessment, body composition testing, education on creating the ideal environment for change, and establishing target heart rate. You will also receive an orientation of the equipment.

Academy Fitness offers a 5-step nutritional program to help you accomplish your fitness goals. The Fit-in-Six program includes:

  • Body composition and goal assessment
  • Individualized meal plan (which is 60-80% of your goal)
  • One-on-one personal training
  • Individualized supplement recommendations
  • Follow-up education, counseling, and reevaluation
  • The Fit-in- Six program is an individualized six-week results/education program designed to give members all the tools necessary to accomplish their goals with the least amount of time and effort.
  • The program includes personal training along with a state-of-the-art nutrition and supplementation program to maximize results. This exact plan will not only address the one-hour spent in the health club, but the other 23 hours in the day.
  • The benefits of using a personal trainer include: minimizing the risk of injury, motivation, using time most efficiently, guaranteed results, and education on the proper use of fitness equipment.
