Why work out alone when you can be motivated by a group?! We offer a variety of formats including Floor Aerobics, Zumba, Step, Group Cycling, Strength Classes, Cardio Kickboxing, Pilates, Yoga, Water and Hip Hop Aerobics. We also offer Active Adult classes and Silver Sneakers classes. Classes are offered throughout the day to accommodate your busy schedule. All of our instructors are skilled and certified to insure you are provided with the best workout experience.

Many of our instructors will be attending the IDEA Convention taking classes and bringing back the latest ideas to keep your classes fresh and new. As a result of the convention and the upcoming July 4th week we have a shortened schedule from June 27th through July 8th.
