Jenna Eskelson has a simple goal: to live in a world where pizza burns calories and chocolate cake is the secret weapon to bending shots on goal (it’s a soccer thing). But hey, the world’s not perfect, which is why Jenna excels at making the best of it with over 10 years experience training customized fitness programs built for real life.
As a former college athlete and current weekend warrior, Jenna has focused years of conditioning and athletics into professional trainer certifications through AFAA, InclineFit, RapidFit, and FreeFit 360. When she’s not making her Group Fitness classes sweat buckets (with a smile), Jenna’s genuine interest in people and a deep-seated belief in fun, accessible and sustainable fitness, makes her a go-to for individual fitness training.
When she’s not cheerleading her 5 little athletes with husband Dave, you can find Jenna having fun with her own HIIT workouts and pushing (and pulling) some serious weights in the SARC gym.
I am of Nigerian descent. Born in Oklahoma City, I moved around frequently throughout my early childhood and adolescence. I lived in Nigeria, Houston, Texas, Salt Lake City, and now Logan, Utah. I spent majority of my adolescent years being active and playing a variety of sports including soccer, basketball, track & field, and football. Plagued by knee injuries, I was unable to continue playing sports competitively as a result I turned my full attention to fitness. I am a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). I specialize in strength & conditioning, muscle building and fat loss, I train both males and females.
