I hope this post finds you well rested and enjoying a healthy life style. One of the most common questions that I receive at the end of a challenge is when is the next one going to be? Well, to answer that question – I am not sure. There will definitely be another challenge, bigger and better I am sure. Nick and I will get together and start planning details, but will most likely happen this fall. I will email all bodybuggers to let you know when registration is available.
The next most common question is what do I do with my Bodybugg? When we sign up a new account it comes with 3 months activation. In order for you to get the most out of your Bodybugg you may keep your Bodybugg for the next couple of weeks. Use it, upload, and continue your healthy success. Bodybuggs need to be turned in to Nick or I before July 25th, 2008. If you wish to purchase your Bodybugg you may do so for $149 plus tax. Again, see Nick or I when doing so.
I hope that you have enjoyed this Bodybugg Ultimate Loser Team Competition. Our goal is to aide you in reaching your health and fitness goals. In our society we have so many things to battle against when it comes to staying healthy. There is no magic pill or potion. Staying healthy only requires two things commitment and motivation. A commitment to eat healthy and be responsible for what you put into your body, and motivation to move! You all know it when you move you burn calories. I hope you take that away from this challenge.
Keep up the hard work, commit yourself every day, and stay motivated!
