Second Week!

Great Job everyone on another great week of weight loss.  70.6 pounds this week with a 2 week total of 231.8 pounds.  WOW!  We had a fun week with a mid-week team competition.  THe 6:00 PM Yellow Team edged out the two 6:00 AM teams with the fastest team time of 4:31.  It was a great obstacle course that Ethan put together for the teams to compete in.  Saturday morning’s seminar by Master Nutritionist Melanie Douglass puts so many things into perspective when it comes to making healthy food choices.  Thanks for working hard, watch every calorie, make it count, and have a great weekend
First Head to Head Challenge!

What a great time we had this morning! Planting trees for North Logan City and getting a good calorie burn at the same time. That’s tough to beat! You all did an amazing job, and from listening to everyone talk after the challenge it sounds like you all had a great time! Team #1 planted and ran the fastest time at 56:29 and won $30 gift certificates to Lee’s Marketplace, where they can buy some of the freshest produce in town! Thanks again Allen from North Logan City for helping us put this challenge together, and thanks to all the participants for making those trees look amazing! Have a great weekend, work hard, and stay healthy!
