Why work out alone when you can be motivated by a group! We offer a variety of formats including floor aerobics, step, group cycling, strength classes, cardio kickboxing, pilates, yoga, water and hip hop aerobics. We also offer Active Adult classes and Silver Sneakers classes. Classes are offered throughout the day to accommodate your busy schedule. All of or instructors are skilled and certified to insure you get the best workout experience. All fitness levels are welcome.
