That transfers to intense, creative, and challenging workouts that are trend setting, Our Aerobics Team is hands down the best in the state. We offer step aerobics with basic choreography up to full body workouts like body sculpting, and don’t forget our amazing Core class that will not disappoint. All fitness levels welcomed!

Class Descriptions

AA Aerobics- A combination class with 20 minutes cardio using low impact floor or step aerobics, 20 minutes strength training with a focus and style for active adults, and 20 minutes of full body stretching. Ball’ates- Get a dancers body, with this sculpting class that ballet combines dance techniques and pilates. You will become stronger and more flexible with each class. Cardio Core- don’t let the name fool you this is a great sports conditioning workout that combines cardio toning and core sculpting using the core boards. Your heart rate will increase through toning large muscle groups in a challenging way raising your endurance level for any activity. Dance TONIC- Anyone can dance with tonic. Great dance moves taught in a way any one can do them combined with anaerobic moves. Hard CORE- this is a great 15-minute class that is sure to let you know you have worked your abs! The class can focus on any part of the core including abdominal, oblique, and lower back muscles. Interval Training- enjoy a variety of styles from tabata to HIIT, you will be pushed into shape with this class. Power Body Sculpting- this intense workout is designed to improve strength and endurance by increasing your heart rate with cardio like jump ropes or floor drills as you sculpt using free hand weights and body bars. ReMIX- Kickboxing with a choregraphy flair that you’ve never seen before, created by a SARC instructor. This is a calorie burning workout that is easy and fun to follow but there is a challenge with weights and endurance. Retro HiLo- Bring back the 80’s, lets get physical on the floor with a cardio dance workout. Step Challenge- advanced choreography that keeps your body in the fat burning zone the entire hour. Step Interval- intermediate choreographed step moves combined with cardio and weight intervals. Step TONIC- anaerobic power moves are combined with dance and setp choregography to increase your heart rate in a new way Tabata- a style of interval training with timing and intensity that will push you over any plateau. Zumba- Join the Party! Latin dancing and great music combine for an hour long cardio experience ZumbaTomic- Zumba for Kids!
