Fitness is not just a job for our instructors, it is a passion.  That transfers to intense, creative, and challenging workouts that are trend setting,  Our Aerobics Team is hands down the best in the state.  We offer step aerobics with basic choreography up to full body workouts like body sculpting, and don’t forget our amazing Core class that will not disappoint.  All fitness levels welcomed!

Class Descriptions

AA Aerobics- A combination class with 20 minutes cardio using low impact floor or step aerobics, 20 minutes strength training with a focus and style for active adults, and 20 minutes of full body stretching. Basic Step- designed to teach individuals the fundamentals of step while working at a moderate intensity. Body Sculpting- you are sure to see results from this energetic, flowing workout of toning exercises using core boards, free hand weights, body bars, and bands. Cardio Kickboxing- an awesome kickboxing workout.  It incorporates kicks, punches and drills all while getting your heart rate up and sculpting your arms, legs, and abs. Cardio Core- don’t let the name fool you this is a great sports conditioning workout that combines cardio toning and core sculpting using the core boards.  Your heart rate will increase through toning large muscle groups in a challenging way raising your endurance level for any activity. CORE- this is a great 15-minute class that is sure to let you know you have worked your abs! The class can focus on any part of the core including abdominal, oblique, and lower back muscles. PLiO Strength- anaerobic power moves, body sculpting, and strength training are combined in 10 minute segments to create a new challenge Power Body Sculpting- this intense workout is designed to improve strength and endurance by increasing your heart rate with cardio like jump ropes or floor drills as you sculpt using free hand weights and body bars. Step- intermediate choreographed step moves will take up almost the entire hour class just add a warm up and cool down. Step Challenge- a fun advanced class for those who want great choreography and increased intensity. Step Interval- intermediate choreographed step moves combined with anaerobic power segments and toning. Tonic Training- anaerobic power moves are combined with dance and setp choregography to increase your heart rate in a new way Triple Training- Three 10 minute intervals of intense sculpting and anaerobic exercises, each block will focus on one muscle group. Zumba- Join the Party! Latin dancing and great music combine for an hour long cardio experience
