Yoga and Pilates Mat classes are offered from morning to night.  No matter if your fitness goal is becoming strong and flexible, or you just need something to help you de-stress and relax, our Mind & Body team offers the perfect class for you!

Basic Yoga – Designed to teach individuals the fundamentals of yoga while working at a moderate intensity. Intermediate Yoga- This 1.15 hours workout will challenge most conditioned athletes, with special emphasis on arm balances, inversions and twists.  Prior yoga experience recommended. Yoga – Promotion of flexibility, strength, and relaxation using various postures and breathing techniques. Yoga  Flow- A training class that improves muscle tone, flexibility, and body alignment.  Set to uplifting music, this class uses yoga and pilates principles to increase endurance, reduce stress, and relieve pain.
