Ball’ates- Get a dancers body, with this sculpting class that ballet dance techniques and pilates.  You will become stronger and more flexible with each class. Basic Yoga- Designed to teach individuals the fundamentals of yoga while working at a moderate intensity. Intermediate Yoga- This 1.15 hours workout will challenge most conditioned athletes, with special emphasis on arm balances, inversions and twists. Prior yoga experience recommended. Restorative Yoga- A gentle relaxing class for those with injuries and rehabilitation needs Yoga – Promotion of flexibility, strength, and relaxation using various postures and breathing techniques. Yoga Flow- A training class that improves muscle tone, flexibility, and body alignment. Set to uplifting music, this class uses yoga and pilates principles to increase endurance, reduce stress, and relieve pain.
